We put up our tree on Tuesday and decorated it tonight while watching Rudolph. Bret observed that Hermie's boss in the toy shop bears a very strong resemblance to Link from The Legend of Zelda. As usual, he was right on.

Bret has been getting some mail. So far he's received a suprise all 3 days this month and he's LOVING it!! Thank you Secret Santa!!

I shouldn't say this, but Jake seems to have made it through the last round of teething without getting any ear infections....truly amazing!! He's growing up fast. Last Saturday he broke a glass at Grandma Lynda's house and we didn't even see him move. He seems to have some ninja quickness and grabs everything.

Thanks to all the grandmas and grandpas who watched the kids last weekend so mommy and daddy could get out and see a movie and also go to the Packer game.
