Christmas Recap

Busy days. I'll do my best to hit the high points.

Tuesday the 23rd. Started out by ditching Dan's high school friends who were in town for the holidays. Too much wrapping and cooking.

Wednesday the 24th. Grandma Lynda's house. Yummy dinner as usual. Played lot's of cards. Lot's of good presents for the boys but Bret's favorite is one of those balls you sit on and bounce around.

Thursday the 25th. Santa was good to the boys. Stopped at Amond's house to see Scott, Sarah, David and Connie. Jeff and Kate had already fled town to see Kate's parents. Very glad we stopped...reminded me of the good old days and all the time I spent in the Amond's basement when I was growing up.
On to Grandma Peg's house where everybody got corn on the cob strippers. Can't wait for summer!! Bret always loves playing games on the computer with Grandma.

Friday the 26th. Papa Dale and Nana's. Yummy Heavenly Ham...always delicious with Nana's cheesy potatoes. More great presents!!

Saturday the 27th. Auntie Marnie's house and a fondue treat!! Bret had chocolate all over his face. Jake took a nap in Haley's new doggie bed. The entire family cleaned up and took him the motherload in the "steal your gift" game. Apples to Apples may have replaces Scene it as the family's favorite game.

Sunday the 28th. It really is so nice to see everybody during the holidays, but it sure was nice to stay home, relax in our pajamas and watch the Packers end their season on a winning note. Back to work....
